After meeting and working together in the late 90’s in the vibrant London bar scene, Nick and Tomer embarked on a different journey. One came back home to Tel Aviv to indulge in his passion with Hotel Management, and the other emigrated to Sweden to follow work and love. Ensued years of holidays together and yearly catch ups...
So when, over 20 years later Tom decided to take the plunge and realise his life-long dream of opening his own boutique hotel, there truly were no other option than dragging Nick back home too and partner up to develop and run the cocktail bar downstairs. Nick running a Stockholm based award winning international beverage consultancy agency specialised in concept and bar development made it all very opportunistic indeed...
So the two of them have been planning and plotting from May 2015. Since then, the team has grown to include Tsahi and Yuval, two passionated Tel aviv restaurants owners and operators, in order to bring local knowledge and flavour to the project.
Nearly a year into the development, the quartet has grown to include a talented bar and kitchen team, who cannot wait to show what they have in store…
